1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dating4divorcess.com, registering an account, or using any feature of the LuxyMeet platform (collectively, the "Service"), you enter into a binding agreement with LuxyMeet ("we", "us", "our"). You confirm that you (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age, (b) have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, and (c) are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. Continued access constitutes ongoing acceptance, including of any future amendments published on this page. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this document and, where required, communicated via email to verified members.

2. Account Rights and Responsibilities

LuxyMeet maintains rigorous profile approval standards to guarantee authenticity and quality. This curated approach creates a premium environment where members can meet serious partners without contending with fake accounts. By creating a profile you agree to the following:

• Authenticity. All photos, personal details, occupation, age and income claims must be truthful and current. Profiles submitted for verification are reviewed manually by our trust and safety team.
• One account per person. Duplicate, secondary or fictitious accounts are prohibited and will be removed without refund.
• Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity performed under your credentials. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accurate communications. Information you share in messages, voice notes or video calls must be honest and lawful.
• Premium billing. Premium subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your account settings at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

3. Prohibited Conduct

LuxyMeet is governed by Community Standards that ensure the platform admits only refined, successful and high-quality members. These standards make it effortless to meet like-minded individuals. The following behaviors are strictly forbidden and grounds for immediate termination:

• Posting nudity, sexually explicit imagery, or content that solicits prostitution or any transactional exchange of money for sexual acts;
• Impersonating another person, brand or public figure, or using AI-generated portraits without disclosure;
• Harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or nationality;
• Requesting or sharing financial information, wire transfers, gift cards or cryptocurrency through the platform;
• Using the Service for catfishing, romance scams, multi-level marketing, or commercial promotion of any third-party product;
• Attempting to bypass verification, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, or interfere with security systems;
• Sharing other members' private photos, messages or personal details outside LuxyMeet without their explicit consent.

4. Account Termination

You may close your LuxyMeet account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent: profile data, message history and uploaded media are removed within 30 days, subject to limited legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

LuxyMeet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Community Standards, or applicable law. In cases of fraud, abuse or threats to member safety, termination is immediate and may occur without prior notice. Premium subscription fees are non-refundable when termination results from a confirmed violation.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

LuxyMeet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we manually verify profiles and encrypt every conversation with 256-bit SSL, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific match, relationship or outcome will result from your use.

Members interact with one another at their own discretion and risk. LuxyMeet does not conduct criminal background checks beyond the verification described in our How It Works page and is not responsible for the conduct of any member online or offline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
